Located on two plus acres with huge decks, docks, gazebo and beach with shallow water entry - great for kids! The cottage is exclusively private on a separate lot. Excellent boating, fishing, swimming, walking, cycling, golfing (12 nearby courses) and scuba diving. Bird and wildlife sanctuary nearby. |

The cottage sleeps 4 (with 2 bedrooms) and up to 6 (with bunki). There is a 4-piece ensuite bathroom (shower). The cottage is well equipped with: all kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, microwave, plasma screen wall TV with Star Choice satellite connection, separate DVD player, briquette BBQ at the waterside, electric baseboard heaters, patio set(s). Included are two boats: 14 foot rowboat and canoe as well as an optional paddleboat. There is an upper patio, with seating for two people. There are two propane BBQs, one on the patio and one at the lakefront. Pets and the bunki are extra options. The cottage is thoroughly steamcleaned every spring. Solar lights at night help direct one's path.

Upgrades for The Burridge Lake Cottage are included in the following:
Star Choice TV (basic channels), colour TV with remote, new Moffat 18 cu. ft. fridge with automatic defrost freezer, new stove and oven, deluxe BBQ tools, mirrors in bedrooms, baseboard electric heaters, beachside deck (8 x 12') which connects with a modular 40' long dock (2016) into the water, and fendock for boat tie ups (2016 and 2015). Linens are supplied, but no towels, doublesheets and pillowcases in the cottage

Spring and Fall (before June 24 and after Sept 9) Low Basic Rates:
(priced for four persons maximum)$1000/7 nights (Saturday to Saturday) or $245/night with a minimum of 2 nights.
Summer Season (June 24 -September 9) Weekly Basic Rates:
$1398/wk (Saturday to Saturday) - The maximum occupancy in the cottage is four persons.
The bunkhouse will accomodate an additional two persons for $300 additional charge. Dog (leashed) and cats (nails clipped) are subject to a charge of $60.00 per week.
The paddleboat rents for $90 per week.
Shorter term rentals are available before June 24 or after September 9.
